Revive the Hudson’s Bay Co at Bloor and Yonge? Richard Baker CEO of Hudson’s Bay instead decided to build the world’s second largest Saks on Fifth at the iconic location. The space has been under utilized for decades, it will bring up the shopping experience to be on par with the ritzy counterparts such as Holts just west of it.

The Hudson’s Bay Company 44 Bloor Street East on Bloor and Yonge is at 342,000 sq feet twice the size of Holt Renfrew just a block west at 50 Bloor Street West.
